Users submit text, select voice settings, optionally upload audio samples, and receive generated audio. The service may store job metadata, results, and logs needed for delivery and troubleshooting.

Enterprise customers may request additional retention, deletion, access, or integration controls through a written arrangement.

Voice providers, hosting, analytics, email, billing, and authentication services may act as subprocessors where configured. The product owner should maintain an up-to-date operational list.
