Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
This policy explains how CORD.GE handles information when you use the AI voice, voice cloning, SSML studio, API, billing, and support features. It is written for clarity and is not legal advice.
Information we process
We may process account information, contact details, authentication identifiers, billing records, support messages, usage logs, text prompts, uploaded audio, voice samples, generated audio, and technical diagnostics.
Payment details may be handled by payment processors where billing is enabled. CORD.GE should not store full card details unless a processor explicitly provides a compliant tokenized flow.
Audio, voice samples, and generated content
Uploaded voice samples are used to provide the cloning or audio workflow requested by the user. Users must have rights and permission for every voice they upload.
Generated audio may be stored so users can download results, review project history, and manage billing or usage.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support authentication, session security, language preference, and core product functionality.
Analytics or preference cookies may be used only to understand product performance and improve the service where configured.
Retention and deletion
CORD.GE should retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, account administration, security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Users may request deletion or correction of account-related data through the contact or support channels.
Security measures
The service uses HTTPS wording, access controls, authenticated routes, and server-side handling for sensitive operations. API keys and secrets must not be exposed in client code.
No public claim is made for certifications such as SOC 2, ISO, or GDPR certification unless CORD.GE obtains and publishes them.
Contact
For privacy questions, data requests, or security concerns, contact CORD.GE through the contact or support page.
